I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Road Safety, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Our PCSOs were out on patrol today in Thornhill, when they spotted a bike with no number plates. After speaking to the rider, it turned out they had no insurance, no tax, no MOT, and no driving licence. The bike has been seized.
